The position involves implementing a selection model to recruit, interview, and select the most qualified candidates for various roles within the district. The role requires conducting formal presentations to establish and foster collaborations and partnerships with colleges, prospects, universities, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the incumbent will facilitate referrals and assignments of internal and external candidates to fill positions expeditiously. Utilizing technology to collect data, analyze findings, and prepare reports to drive recruitment efforts is also a key responsibility. The individual will develop and administer the district's recruiting and selection plans and processes for all types and levels of positions, manage the recruiting process for an assigned geographical area to maximize results, and identify non-traditional sources and methods of attracting teachers and other qualified applicants. The recruitment portfolio and all phases of the recruitment and selection process will be managed by the incumbent, who will also perform duties related to the ESEA Title II, Part A grant at 100%. Participation in virtual recruitment activities and performing other assigned tasks is expected.
