At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to put the world on vacation, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Vacation Ownership business line. This position involves in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will play a crucial role in scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation, ensuring that they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. As a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, you will partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in, greet them, and present the benefits of attending a sales-preview tour. Your ability to incentivize prospective customers will be key in encouraging them to participate in a sales presentation. In this role, you will be responsible for screening and qualifying potential customers based on company guidelines, making sales-tour reservations, and collecting required deposits. Your responsibilities will include greeting and presenting to prospective customers in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. You will also be expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keeping current on marketing information and industry trends, and setting and reviewing performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
