About the position

As a Coordinator of International Marketing at Warner Bros. Discovery, you will support the International Marketing team's daily operations, collaborating with the Originals Marketing team to create comprehensive global campaigns for HBO & Max Originals. This role involves guiding third-party licensees in developing localized marketing strategies to enhance global awareness of HBO and Max content.

Responsibilities

  • Support the International Marketing Director and Manager in executing legal approvals of localized campaigns for priority titles worldwide.
  • Work closely with the International Marketing Director on licensee Brand campaigns.
  • Liaise with WB Sales teams for updates on rights information and premiere dates for HBO and Max Originals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Global Marketing Operations to organize centralized shared folders with external clients.
  • Coordinate the promotions, events, and tactics with relevant partners for all gold and platinum titles.
  • Drive information sharing and approvals for bronze and silver titles.
  • Gather data for all platinum AV releases, including engagement stats and views for teasers/trailers.
  • Distribute social media communications to clients for priority title campaigns and maintain external client distribution lists.
  • Organize all upcoming title information by pulling key dates from the centralized operations database.
  • Organize and coordinate team meetings both online and in-person, supporting marketing summits and client meetings.
  • Create and update internal documents, including title slate decks and distribution rights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience, preferably at a media or entertainment company or agency.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and multitask with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to problem-solve and a desire to wear many different hats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders and levels.
  • Ability to learn rapidly changing streaming landscape.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • A strong passion for pop culture and entertainment with an ear to the ground on new trends.
  • Demonstrates and has previous experience with deck building and execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
