About the position

This position within the Marketing and Brand team is responsible for the design and production of various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, digital content, and video production. The role requires strong design skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, size, and update designs for printed and graphic materials.
• Capture, create, and edit digital materials including audio and video for online use.
• Support firmwide marketing through design, production, and editing.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and keep current on design trends.
• Manage the firm's stock photography accounts and photograph libraries.
• Develop collateral independently or with outside design assistance.
• Assist with PowerPoint templates and presentations, including maps and infographics.
• Develop website and email marketing materials, including content and graphics.
• Proactively suggest ways to display complex data and stories through infographics.
• Create documentation to assist and train others in basic graphic tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• BA or BS Degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing with a portfolio of recent projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong production skills and understanding of the printing process and color management.
• Proven skills in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Smartsheets.

Nice-to-haves

• Skills in Premier Pro, After Effects, Sitecore, Vuture, Descript or similar software.
