About the position

The Coordinator, Marketing (LACAR) will support the Commercial International Team by managing marketing goals and initiatives within the Puerto Rican and Dominican Republic markets. This role acts as a JetBlue brand ambassador, focusing on increasing brand awareness, executing marketing initiatives, and driving bookings through various channels. The position requires collaboration with business partners and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, while providing insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support LACAR marketing strategy, brand campaigns, activations, and storytelling.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with JetBlue's LACAR agency partners.
  • Act as the primary internal/external JetBlue representative for key local relationships and partners.
  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives to support PR and DR blue cities.
  • Oversee JetBlue's contractual assets and act as the contact with sponsorship partners.
  • Execute internal communications strategy and crewmember engagement programs.
  • Support commercial initiatives such as cooperative marketing agreements and local events.
  • Monitor and report on all marketing activity and results against key performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain a repository for department-level projects and knowledge management.
  • Work closely with Corporate Sales Teams to ensure service levels and implement new initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience in marketing or advertising.
  • One year of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of computer programs including Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Available for frequent overnight travel (up to 50%).
  • Possess valid travel documents for travel in and out of the United States.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prepare concise documentation.
