About the position

Marriott Vacation Club®, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals with concierge and customer service experience to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. This position is based in Waikiki, Hawaii, and offers an hourly rate of $15.00, along with commission and training pay. The company is currently offering a $1,000 incentive bonus, subject to additional terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will be driven, possess an outgoing personality, and be financially motivated to work with guests at Marriott® hotel properties to promote the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® Program, which is a points-based ownership product. In this role, you will engage with hotel guests at lobby desk locations, providing elevated customer service. You will be responsible for scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations, ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services. The position offers uncapped earning potential through wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, and contests, along with opportunities for growth and development in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests at lobby desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.
