About the position

Marriott Vacation Club®, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals with concierge and customer service experience to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. This position is based in Waikiki and offers an hourly rate of $16.00, along with commission and training pay. Currently, there is a $1,000 incentive bonus available, subject to terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and be financially motivated to work with guests at Marriott® hotel properties to promote the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® Program, which is a points-based ownership product. In this role, you will engage with hotel guests at lobby desk locations, providing elevated customer service. You will be responsible for scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations. The goal is to provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. It is essential to ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services. This position offers uncapped earning potential through wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, and contests, along with hotel and resort discounts, immediate 401(k) company match up to 6%, and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests at lobby desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
