Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage who is bilingual in English and Japanese to join our dynamic team at the Ala Moana Center. This position is integral to our sales and marketing efforts, focusing on delivering exceptional vacation experiences to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling sales presentations and offering specially priced vacation packages to guests attending events and at various off-site locations, including shopping malls and airports. Your primary goal will be to provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. You will ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are genuinely interested in learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong background in concierge and telemarketing, who possess outgoing personalities and are financially driven. Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off-site locations such as shopping malls and airports.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.

• Must be Fluent in Japanese (Speak, Write, Read)
