UTA Entertainment and Culture Marketing is seeking a Coordinator for the Next Gen Marketing team. This team focuses on connecting brands with the next generation of consumers through research, insights, strategy, community building, and creative campaigns that resonate with Gen Z. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in servicing a high-profile key client account, working closely with client service leadership and the influencer marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for social and influencer strategy, creative ideas, organization, team leadership, and problem-solving skills to address client challenges. As part of UTA Marketing, a division of a leading global talent and entertainment company, the Coordinator will be involved in a variety of marketing initiatives for some of the world's biggest brands, including Delta Air Lines, General Motors, SC Johnson, JanSport, Google, and LinkedIn. The role involves leading client and internal communication, overseeing bespoke communities of micro-influencers and brand fans, and managing project timelines to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. The Coordinator will also help clients immerse themselves in culture by keeping them informed about cultural moments, emerging creators, and trends. In addition, the Coordinator will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of presentations, managing account budgets, leading creative ideation for campaigns, and project managing a team of 3-5 specialists. This position requires a deep understanding of social media, influencer culture, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams. The Coordinator will also work with the IQ team to understand measurement and KPIs for the account's campaigns, ensuring that all client deliverables are completed to the highest standards.
