About the position

The Coordinator - Marketing at Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort is responsible for supporting the marketing team in various capacities, including managing creative requests for advertising media, assisting with event planning, and ensuring accurate promotional offers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Submit and proof creative requests to Studio for all advertising media including direct mail, digital media, printed collateral, and outdoor.
  • Ensure all property media are accurate, current, and error-free.
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events such as slot tournaments, dinners, gift giveaways, and promotional drawings.
  • Load casino offers on promotional kiosks and set up kiosks for drawings and giveaways.
  • Gather data and report post-event results accurately and timely for future marketing initiatives.
  • Provide customer service via phone, including looking up accounts and handling questions/complaints.
  • Assist with social media content strategy, implementation, and monitoring duties as assigned.
  • Write rules and regulations for promotions and special events as assigned.
  • Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
  • Comply with and uphold company expectations including policies, procedures, industry regulations, and department goals.
  • Communicate programs/services to necessary people, seek their support, and keep them informed of changes that impact the business.
  • Maintain knowledge of all happenings on property and in the market.
  • Regular attendance and business casual attire required.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must register and maintain registration as a gaming employee in the State of Nevada pursuant to NRS 463.335.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
