About the position

The Coordinator of Administrative Operations for Wrestling is responsible for managing the daily activities of the wrestling program at Oklahoma State University. This role involves coordinating special events and may require working nights and weekends as needed. The position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the wrestling department and supporting its various initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily activities of the Wrestling program.
  • Assist with planning and executing special events related to Wrestling.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously to support the program's needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, athletes, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Six years of professional experience in customer service and/or clerical duties, or similar related experience.
  • Post-secondary education may substitute for experience (1 year of education = 1 year of experience).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of computers and ability to use various software applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
