The Coordinator of Enrollment Management and Scheduling is responsible for creating, implementing, evaluating, and promoting strategic enrollment management practices that lead to student goal attainment. This role involves collaboration with campus and college partners to set goals, analyze enrollment trends, develop class schedules, and engage with the community to enhance enrollment initiatives.

  • Assist the Provost and Deans in implementing VCCS and NOVA policies at the campus level.
  • Support Division Deans in developing a student-responsive class schedule.
  • Promote effective communication of program/course offerings to students and communities.
  • Implement programs and course offerings to meet student demand.
  • Engage campus stakeholders to increase awareness of enrollment trends and initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate professional development and training opportunities for faculty and staff.
  • Serve on various committees related to scheduling and enrollment management.
  • Create, monitor, and maintain the budget for the assigned unit.
