About the position

The Coordinator of Operations at APluscare LLC plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant daily operations of various departments, including quality assurance, day supports, housing, and IT. This position requires active participation in team meetings and involves compiling and analyzing data for risk management, trend analysis, and quality improvement purposes. The Coordinator will present feedback from data analysis to upper management on a monthly basis and will be responsible for reviewing service plans to identify trends and areas for improvement. In addition to data analysis, the Coordinator demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations, circulars, and licensing standards. They will maintain interdepartmental compliance with DDD, DHS, and other relevant state departments, as well as federal rules and regulations. Supervising the clinical team is a key responsibility, ensuring that positive outcomes are facilitated for individuals served. The Coordinator will also promote and model appropriate support systems for departments within APluscare, ensuring adherence to the organization's policies and procedures. The role includes conducting monthly program visits for quality assurance data analysis and verification, as well as weekly supervisions with assigned department heads. The Coordinator will conduct statistical data analysis for completed service review surveys to identify best practices and manage risk effectively. Furthermore, they will develop, manage, and present quarterly status analysis reports to APluscare management, ensuring that all operations are efficient and compliant with established standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in all necessary team meetings for programs, along with compiling and analyzing data for risk management, trend analysis, and quality improvement purposes.
  • Presents feedback from data analysis to upper management on a monthly basis.
  • Reviews service plans for trend analysis.
  • Demonstrates consistent key knowledge of Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations, circulars, and licensing standards.
  • Maintains interdepartmental compliance with DDD, DHS, and other relevant state departments, as well as federal rules and regulations.
  • Supervises the clinical team in order to facilitate desired positive outcomes for individuals served.
  • Participates in all clinical team meetings for individuals served.
  • Promotes and models appropriate support system for departments within APluscare.
  • Maintains interdepartmental full adherence to the Policies and Procedures of APluscare.
  • Maintains interdepartmental full adherence to relevant service programs manuals.
  • Conducts monthly program visits for quality assurance data analysis and verification.
  • Conducts weekly supervisions with assigned department heads.
  • Conducts statistical data analysis for completed service review surveys for the purpose of best practices trend analysis and risk management.
  • Develops, manages, and presents quarterly status analysis report to APluscare management.
  • Ensures efficient and compliant daily operations of the quality assurance department, including but not limited to QA audits, internal and external incident reporting, and management processes.
  • Ensures efficient and compliant daily operations of the day supports program, including but not limited to implementation and delivery of appropriate person-centered individual support services.
  • Ensures efficient and compliant daily operations of the housing department, including but not limited to integrity checklists, work orders, purchase orders, maintenance requests, routine program needs and housing related documents, new development and routine DDD licensing needs and documentation, and agency vehicle management.
  • Ensures efficient and compliant daily operations of service programs fiscal processes in accordance with APluscare policies and procedures.
  • Ensures efficient and compliant daily operations of the IT department, including but not limited to efficient management of the electronic centralized employee scheduling system, all IT work orders, and requests for technical assistance.
  • All other duties as assigned by APluscare.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a supervisory capacity.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Employee must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection or investigation.
  • Employee must successfully complete and demonstrate proficiency in all areas of required training.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
