Responsibilities

  • Manage mailroom operations including sorting and distributing mail and supplies.
  • Ensure emergency action plans are up-to-date and train EPA coordinators.
  • Hire, train, and supervise student employees for various tasks.
  • Provide support to event facilitators to prepare rooms for scheduled events.
  • Maintain the FOLLET Database for the Reading Room, including cataloging and inventory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Five years of progressively responsible related experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of state requirements for certification.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and decision-making in difficult situations.
