Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct activities related to maintenance operations of residence halls and apartments
  • Provide supervision, guidance, development, and training for staff
  • Identify and develop cost-saving initiatives
  • Plan and implement short and long-term goals
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of equipment and services within campus housing
  • Monitor work order requests and completion on a weekly basis
  • Research and recommend parts to support critical equipment and systems
  • Cultivate and sustain partnerships with campus and external partners
  • Direct maintenance staff providing indirect supervision and training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three years of experience including supervisory experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five years of experience related to job duties
  • Experience with Building Management Software
  • Supervisory experience
