Coordinator, Offsite Packaging

About the position

As a Coordinator, Offsite Packaging at John Deere, you will be responsible for understanding packaging needs and developing design ideas and prototypes to support the packaging process. This role involves product development and engineering activities, analyzing customer needs, and maintaining technical documentation. You will also produce reports by collecting and inputting data from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an understanding of packaging needs and develop design ideas and prototypes.
• Carry out a range of product development and engineering activities.
• Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.
• Draft and maintain basic technical and/or user documentation to a high standard.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working without supervision and providing technical guidance on analyzing data trends for reports.
• 2 or more years of experience planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to meet business objectives.
• 2 or more years of experience supporting business processes using standard office equipment and software.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous SAP experience
• Receiving/Tracking (Logistics) experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
