About the position

The Coordinator, Operations Sr. is responsible for data tracking, reporting, and analysis, requiring advanced Excel skills. This role supports the sales administration function within a food manufacturing context, ensuring effective communication and professional representation of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Data tracking and reporting
  • Conduct data analysis using advanced Excel functions
  • Support sales administration tasks

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of office administration experience
  • Food Broker experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience in sales administration with a food manufacturer preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, v-lookup, and pivot tables
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Experience in retail and/or consumer electronics environment
