About the position

The Coordinator, Operations at CVS Health is responsible for managing operational tasks related to the 340B program, ensuring timely and accurate completion of these tasks for Covered Entities, Contract Pharmacies, and Account Managers. This role involves daily functions related to program implementation, performance, complex system configurations, and ongoing data management, as well as providing training and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational tasks related to the 340B program support for Covered Entities and Contract Pharmacies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
• Perform daily functions related to 340B program implementation and performance.
• Manage complex system configurations and ongoing program data.
• Provide training and assistance to colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a managed care, health care, pharmaceutical or provider setting required.
• 1 year of experience with customer service required.
• 1 year of experience learning proprietary systems/software required.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills required.
• Persistence and detail-orientation required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year knowledge of 340B or Split Billing.
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming systems.
