As a Coordinator in Operations at Wesco, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team through proficient order prioritization and routing. Your responsibilities will encompass providing assistance in all areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the location. You will support the team by coordinating and managing documentation, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Identifying potential problems in processes will be a key part of your role, and you will work closely with the management team to resolve these issues promptly. In addition, you will coordinate with local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow, acting as a team lead on small or special projects as needed. Your ability to manage multiple communication systems will be essential to ensure that internal customer requests are accomplished effectively. You will also be responsible for managing daily order and task production in our warehouse management system, ensuring that operations run seamlessly and that all tasks are completed on time.
