About the position

The Coordinator of Operations at Signal of Memphis is a leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing daily site activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. This position requires a hands-on leader who can foster a positive culture while executing scalable growth strategies within a franchise environment. The Coordinator will work closely with the Director and Franchise Owners to develop and implement plans that align with the company's goals and values, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily site activities of Dedicated Officers.
• Assist the Director in managing operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure all shifts are filled at least one month in advance and approve time off requests.
• Monitor and review activity and incident reports, communicating needs to clients and upper management.
• Organize and host weekly meetings with Branch Dedicated Supervisors to review operational priorities and client issues.
• Oversee the maintenance and condition of all Franchise equipment.
• Implement training programs to support employee growth and development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to established procedures and solve problems effectively.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
