About the position

Norstella is seeking a Coordinator for the Ops PMO, an entry-level role within the pharma and healthcare sector. This position is pivotal in driving and reporting on program progress according to a defined roadmap. The Coordinator will manage, track, and escalate cross-program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring accountability across Agile program delivery within the Content Ops and Technology organizations. The role requires the creation and management of program plans that capture milestones, deliverables, and changing scope, while interfacing with Product Owners (POs), end users, and other stakeholders within Agile frameworks of Transformation programs. In this role, effective communication is essential, as the Coordinator will present reports and data to internal stakeholders. A deep understanding of the Content Ops and Technology program strategy is necessary to ensure that projects align with the overall strategy, enabling informed decision-making. The Coordinator will champion and embed effective ways of working across teams, fostering good relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of program requirements through transparent communication and effective change management. Additionally, the Coordinator will manage, advise, and contribute to appropriate program documentation and governance, promoting knowledge sharing through lessons learned and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement and best practices. The role also involves tracking the output of multiple teams within a larger Content Ops department and utilizing analytic and spreadsheet-type software to manage program delivery milestones. Responsibilities

  • Create and manage program plans, capturing milestones, deliverables, and changing scope.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian and Microsoft applications; Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiarity with agile software development practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information and updates to non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in a matrix-based organization, building relationships and trust across teams and functions.
  • Confidence to ask relevant and probing questions of key stakeholders.
  • Ability to switch between diving into details and creating the big picture.
  • Experience within the pharma/healthcare sector is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of SmartSheets and Monday.com is a plus.
