About the position

The Chicago Bulls are excited to announce an opening for the position of Partnership Marketing Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting the Partnership Marketing team as they work to enhance the operational systems and processes that underpin partnership tracking, relationships, and activities. As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the activation and execution of corporate partnership accounts, ensuring that all activities align with the strategic goals of the department. In this position, you will assist in various aspects of partnership service, activation, and retention. You will have the opportunity to participate in the planning and execution of partner agreements and events, providing you with valuable insights into the workings of partnership marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a solutions-oriented mindset, capable of managing competing priorities while acting quickly and proactively on timely requests. Your responsibilities will include supporting game day and concert activities, managing department merchandise and inventory records, and tracking partner touchpoints and marketing activities in our CRM system. You will also be responsible for organizing activation photos and data for recaps throughout the season, interacting with corporate partners, and supporting the Partnerships team on core responsibilities, including activating game day hospitality experiences and assisting with corporate events. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with key business stakeholders and contribute to the success of the Chicago Bulls' partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist on the activation and execution of multiple corporate partnership accounts with the Partnership Marketing team
  • Support game day and concert activities including department ticket distribution, credentials, and parking requests
  • Manage department merchandise and inventory records
  • Track partner touchpoints, marketing activities, and events in CRM
  • Organize activation photos and data for recaps throughout the season
  • Interact with corporate partners and key business stakeholders
  • Support Partnerships team on core responsibilities, including activating game day hospitality experiences and assisting with corporate events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university is preferred
  • 1-2 years of full-time, relevant work experience is preferred
  • Capability to run multiple project timelines simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Consultative mentality and team-first attitude
  • A balanced, creative but efficient working style
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed, can make progress with limited information or direction, takes initiative to seek support when needed, and can be agile and flexible based on feedback
  • Valid driver's license

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of CRM system (KORE, KORE Activate, etc.) preferred
  • Strong operational efficiency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
