We are currently seeking an innovator to join our dynamic team as a Coordinator, Programming & Content Operations located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is onsite and is part of the North American Platform Content & Services Team for LG Channels, a free, ad-supported streaming service available globally on LG Smart TVs. This service is a top app on the LG webOS platform, providing free entertainment for millions of viewers who are increasingly cutting the cord in search of news, TV shows, movies, and more. The Programming and Content Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and scheduling of on-demand assets, executing promotional banner campaigns, and assisting in the optimization of the LG Channels Home App. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and eager to learn all aspects of the FAST and AVOD content business. Collaboration and the ability to absorb information quickly are essential in this fast-growing team. This position requires a proactive approach to client engagement and a strong desire for collaboration and creative brainstorming. In this role, you will assist in formatting programming, updating and reviewing metadata, resizing images, and assigning break points. You will maintain a database of all video-on-demand metadata and artwork, support curation strategies for VOD content, analyze content performance data to identify trends, and assist in optimizing the on-demand experience within the LG Channels Home App. You will act as a key liaison with content partners on promotional asset creation and approval processes, provide feedback for optimization, and collaborate effectively with internal teams including Brand Marketing, Social, and PR to support the LG Channels VOD offering. Additionally, you will coordinate asset deliveries from content partners and service providers, track and log technical and operational issues, and assist channel scheduling coordinators when required.
