About the position

The Coordinator-Project position is a temporary role focused on providing administrative and programmatic support for assigned projects and programs. The role requires effective communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure. This position is grant-funded and will start on October 23, 2024, and end on June 30, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for assigned projects and programs.
  • Perform programmatic duties as needed.
  • Manage multiple assignments effectively and prioritize workload.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Four years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum one year of experience in project and account management preferred.
  • Able to keyboard 40 wpm.
  • Proficient in using computer software programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare or educational environment.
  • Familiarity with grant-funded projects.
