About the position

At Warner Music Group, we are a global collective of music makers and music lovers, tech innovators and inspired entrepreneurs, game-changing creatives and passionate team members. Our team works in support of the Rhino/Global Catalogue label at WMG, managing the day-to-day production and operational needs that culminate in the successful delivery of content and releases to market. In this role, you will primarily work on the Third Party Manufacturing and Custom Products line of releases, which involves a fast-paced, concentrated production process where the team collaborates closely to bring many projects to life. You will learn about the complete production and manufacturing process while facilitating and overseeing the production process for TPM Custom Products. Your responsibilities will include interacting with various departments within the company to ensure that projects are properly set up, tracking TPM Customer credit lines, and liaising with our manufacturing partners to ensure they have all necessary materials for production. You will be responsible for getting Inventory Management/Manufacturing set up for new projects through the Spec Sheet process, tracking new release deliverables from partners and team members, and submitting and tracking manufacturing orders to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will work closely with Inventory Management to ensure they are submitting POs to vendors correctly and closing POs in a timely fashion, which will kick off invoicing to the customer. You will also assist with quote requests from vendors, track component deliveries, troubleshoot customer issues in the manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing process, and support the Director of Reissues in tracking financial goals. You may also assist with departmental special projects as needed.
