About the position

The Research Coordinator plays a vital role in the research team, focusing on the recruitment, care, and follow-up of patients involved in clinical trials. This position ensures that study protocols are adhered to while providing ethical and safe care, ultimately contributing to the collection of high-quality data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment of patients eligible for clinical trials.
• Provide care and follow-up for patients registered in clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with study treatment protocols.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, their families, and the clinical research team.
• Utilize independent judgment to manage patient care within the study framework.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and study data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare, research, or a combination of both.
• Understanding of medical terminology and standard clinical procedures.
• Competency in using various computer programs, including Microsoft products and electronic health record systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
