About the position

The Coordinator, Sales Operations at Sol de Janeiro is a contractor role focused on managing customer purchase orders (POs) and ensuring seamless integration into the company's ERP system. This position plays a crucial role in supporting sales operations by facilitating communication between internal teams and customers, ensuring timely invoicing, and tracking deliveries. Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and process domestic and international customer POs daily.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners and customers regarding all open orders, both manual and EDI based.
• Accurately input POs into the ERP system to ensure the validity of all sales reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to guarantee timely customer invoicing.
• Work with internal teams to place, track, and confirm delivery for their respective team needs.

Requirements

• Relevant degree from a 4-year college.
• Previous experience in order management, customer service, or logistics.
• Strong organizational multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with customers, team members, and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience working with NetSuite highly preferred.
• Proactive team player with strong analytical skills.
• Ability and willingness to problem solve and adjust to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, business financials, and supply chain.

Nice-to-haves

• Beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• A passion for beauty products and for Sol de Janeiro is a must.
