About the position

The Coordinator (Site Readiness Liaison) at Primoris Gas Operations is responsible for facilitating communication between builders and management, ensuring site readiness for construction projects, and supporting the construction team in various operational tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining project timelines and quality standards in the natural gas distribution industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates project status updates and communication in various tools and systems.
  • Supports construction team in scheduling, monitoring, and processing of orders.
  • Walks job sites to confirm site readiness and action items builders need to address prior to Xcel Lateral installation.
  • Walks job sites after construction to confirm all necessary requirements are fulfilled.
  • Participates in ongoing training to keep up to date on additional work requirements.
  • Supports Project Manager on reports.
  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of work experience in new construction and/or Xcel lateral installation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to walk up to 10 miles per day
