About the position
The Coordinator, Special Projects will support the Vice President's office in growing enrollment at the Round Rock campus. This role involves data analysis, project execution, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance strategic decision-making and support initiatives aimed at improving student success.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, interpret data
- Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations to inform strategic decision-making
- Execution of special projects to completion
- Collaborate with applicable offices at the SM campus and the Student Success team at the RR campus
- Provide overall support to the VPRRC team on various initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of experience working in higher education
- Experience using data for decision-making
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to completion
- Ability to safeguard confidential information
- Ability to present information at the executive level
- Ability to work with a wide range of groups of stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of AI tools and how to incorporate into the workplace for increased efficiency
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills
- Experience using software commonly utilized in higher education such as Banner, Slate, and Courseleaf
