About the position

The Coordinator, Talent Operations at SiriusXM plays a crucial role in managing cross-functional efforts related to talent within the organization. This position involves collaboration with various teams to execute initiatives and campaigns that enhance artist relations and audience engagement. The coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for projects involving talent, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments to optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for various projects that include talent, spanning from brand campaigns to cultural month initiatives.
  • Manage planning and execution of projects across internal departments.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination to optimize the effectiveness of projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and monitor/report on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing collateral and assets for initiatives.
  • Act as the quality control for talent imagery by coordinating approvals of marketing materials.
  • Facilitate a high volume of creative assets from conception to distribution.
  • Brainstorm and project manage creative artist strategies, content, and promotional opportunities aimed at increasing audience engagement.
  • Monitor workflows and assist with rolling out new workflows that improve talent operations.
  • Create, distribute, and monitor the performance of SXM links for talent shared through their networks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of talent marketing initiatives.
  • Compile data and assist with creating recap reports for various projects highlighting their performance and impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Coordinator.
  • An analytical mind and interest in data.
  • Experience as a project manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-departmentally to manage projects with many moving parts.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in PowerPoint, Google Docs, and willingness to learn internal systems such as Monday.com, WorkFront, and Branch.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or other design software.
