About the position

Independent Artist Group (IAG) is seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our Tour Marketing team, supporting two high-volume agents while working with our top-tier music and comedy client roster. This role is crucial for the execution of national and global tour launches, and the ideal candidate will be able to manage various aspects of client tour marketing independently, without the need for continuous oversight from senior agents. This is not an entry-level position, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take on significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining tracking spreadsheets for the tour marketing client roster, collecting, organizing, and tracking client and tour assets, as well as local materials. The role also involves proofing marketing and ticketing deliverables, cross-checking ticketing links, EDPs, pre-sales, and VIP program implementations where applicable. Additionally, the Coordinator will be expected to communicate consistently and professionally with all external and internal partners, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned and executed effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of the necessary steps marketers must take from the initial booking confirmation through to the day of the show. The successful candidate will have experience in evaluating artists and analyzing the best marketing tactics for their events, as well as reviewing ad plans, radio proposals, and ticket audits. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.
