About the position

We are looking for a Creative & Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about influencing cutting-edge real estate. This entry-level position is integral to the Creative & Marketing team, assisting in executing marketing and design strategies for real estate projects in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate is adaptable, quick to respond, and has an interest in areas such as Event Coordination, Marketing, Graphics, Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, Advertising, Hospitality, and Retail. The role involves a variety of tasks, including event ideation and coordination, basic presentation design, social media management, project management, and market research, while also providing general administrative support to the department. No two days are the same in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Proofread, revise, and update marketing collateral, advertisements, websites, and social templates
  • Assist with graphic design for presentations and marketing materials
  • Coordinate sourcing, preparation, production, and distribution of marketing materials
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Coordinate sourcing, planning, and procuring for property events
  • Assist with procuring furniture and framing images
  • Source materials and selections as directed
  • Assist with the unboxing and movement of furniture, measuring rooms and items, and taking photos
  • Manage 3rd party vendors for installation and mounting as needed
  • Assist with coordination of property amenity/improvement design & installation
  • Assist with wayfinding design and implementation
  • Maintain filing systems and organization
  • Create forms and templates
  • Manage expense reporting and travel arrangements
  • Provide meeting support including scheduling and note-taking
  • Support team with budgeting tracking and project tracking
  • Perform general office duties and errands
  • Log, track, and submit all invoices
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other written materials
  • Coordinate communication with outside consultants and internal departments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Functional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Functional proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Squarespace, and Mailchimp
  • Basic understanding of design elements for creating visually appealing deliverables
  • Ability to conduct market research, surveys, and brand audits
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage finances, negotiate contracts, and work within a specified budget
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and carry out public engagement strategies
  • Attention to detail to manage small project details
  • Ability to manage time and work efficiently
  • Self-motivation to communicate and meet deadlines under limited supervision
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, manage, and execute multiple projects
