About the position

The Team Lead of Maintenance at The Grounds Guys is responsible for providing exceptional lawn care and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers towards becoming a General Manager or those with supervisory experience. The position emphasizes customer service, team leadership, and high-quality maintenance work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional lawn care and landscaping services as a frontline employee.
• Perform basic landscaping maintenance tasks with high levels of quality and service, including mowing, trimming, blowing, and edging.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds frequently.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are prepared and ready for the next day's work.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening services, or similar service industries.
• Willingness to complete training within 6 months if lacking prior experience.
