About the position
The Sr. Designer / Art Director (Digital) at BNO is a full-time creative role responsible for producing dynamic and imaginative content for digital, social marketing, and print collateral for Fortune 500 clients. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on high-quality design and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Create dynamic and imaginative content for digital, social marketing, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality design output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Translate complex stories into visually compelling designs.
- Provide video/photo direction and editing or animation as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of five to seven years' experience as a Sr. Designer/Art Director at an agency, design boutique, or media company.
- Mastery of current design tools and applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Workfront is required.
- Subject matter expertise in print and digital marketing, with an understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Video/photo direction and editing or animation experience.
