About the position

The Ethical Auditor (CSCA) position at QIMA involves conducting audits of manufacturing sites for clients' suppliers, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security. The role requires vigilance in identifying violations and documenting findings in detailed reports. The auditor will also participate in client meetings to develop custom quality control procedures and contribute ideas for operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Audit the manufacturing sites of clients' suppliers, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security.
  • Identify and document any violations during audits, ensuring detailed reports are delivered to clients.
  • Maintain integrity and professionalism during audits, understanding the impact of findings on suppliers and factory staff.
  • Provide expertise in client meetings to develop custom quality control procedures based on specific requirements.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the quality of Operations projects.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major.
  • APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, and BSCI standards.
  • Work experience in third-party auditing.
  • Experience in Social Audits, including SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, or mixed audits conducted in the last 12 months.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
