About the position

The Senior Product Manager at Formlabs will oversee and enhance the core eCommerce experience on formlabs.com and associated sites, focusing on marketing automation and analytics. This role is crucial for driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of all e-commerce and web-related applications, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall website performance and metrics such as lead generation, lead conversion rate, and eCommerce sales.
  • Own and generate all key metrics and reporting related to site performance.
  • Be the thought leader and strategy owner for making the website the go-to place for transactional product sales and learning.
  • Drive easy-to-use and internal adoption of site updates for all parties within Formlabs.
  • Support key product launches on short timelines.
  • Build and maintain a performant site through performance optimizations to reduce page load times.
  • Independently communicate with senior management and department heads to develop innovative strategies and site architecture.
  • Proactively drive the launch of new features/products and site updates through Agile sprint grooming, planning, and execution process.
  • Influence and partner with other technology teams to strategize and execute end-to-end solutions across marketing and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of eCommerce, marketing technology, or marketing automation experience as a developer or product manager.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, BigQuery, Redash).
  • Strong knowledge of web server architecture and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior software development experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Passion and experience in 3D printing.
  • Familiarity with Google applications such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms, Segment, Marketo, Django CMS, Magento, Salesforce.
