This position is responsible for the heavy/detailed cleaning of the bars, service bars, pump rooms and cold/dry storage areas; to include but not limited to ice machines, floor mats, floor drains, ceilings, high walls and complete breakdown and cleaning of the glass washers. The role also involves receiving and verifying the accuracy of deliveries regarding liquor, beer, wine, and supplies, and putting away those deliveries using FIFO where needed.
