About the position

The Copywriter 2 (VSP/PT) plays a crucial role in developing clear and engaging written content for the organization's consumer-facing digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps. This position is responsible for maintaining consistency in content across various products and collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams for Medicare and Medicaid communications. The Copywriter 2 is tasked with creating user-centered content that enhances user engagement and addresses potential pain points through effective messaging.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality and engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice, legal and accessibility requirements.
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless content integration.
• Maintain existing copy decks and create new copy decks as necessary.
• Submit and track content through the mandatory Corporate and Legal Review processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3 or more years of copywriting experience.
• Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform business needs into compelling consumer language.
• Deep understanding and experience in consumer communications.
• Intellectual writing approach, ability to translate strategy and business needs into appropriate language solutions.
