About the position

The Copywriter 2 (VSP/PT) at CenterWell is responsible for developing creative and clear written content that supports the organization's communication strategies. This role focuses on creating engaging content for consumer-facing websites and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms. The Copywriter collaborates with various teams, including Legal and Compliance, to maintain the organization's style guide and editorial standards, ultimately enhancing user engagement and addressing user pain points through effective messaging.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality and engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice, legal and accessibility requirements.
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless content integration.
• Maintain existing copy decks and create new copy decks as necessary.
• Submit and track content through the mandatory Corporate and Legal Review processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3 or more years of copywriting experience.
• Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform business needs into compelling consumer language.
• Deep understanding and experience in consumer communications.
• Intellectual writing approach, ability to translate strategy and business needs into appropriate language solutions.
