About the position

The Copywriter 2 (VSP/PT) at CenterWell is responsible for developing clear and engaging written content that supports the organization's communication strategies. This role focuses on creating and maintaining content for consumer-facing digital platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance with legal standards. The Copywriter collaborates with various teams to enhance user engagement and alleviate user pain points through effective messaging.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality and engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice, legal and accessibility requirements.
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless content integration.
• Maintain existing copy decks and create new copy decks as necessary.
• Submit and track content through the mandatory Corporate and Legal Review processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3 or more years of copywriting experience.
• Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform business needs into compelling consumer language.
• Deep understanding and experience in consumer communications.
• Intellectual writing approach, ability to translate strategy and business needs into appropriate language solutions.
