About the position
As the Copywriter and Digital Marketing Specialist at Gaia, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital presence and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for crafting compelling copy, creating high-converting sales pages, and optimizing user experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to develop and implement funnel strategies, email strategies, and copy for affiliates and talent to engage their audiences effectively. Responsibilities
- Create persuasive and engaging copy for sales pages, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate digital marketing strategies, including funnel strategies and email strategies, into copy and content.
- Enhance and optimize sales funnels, full funnel strategies, and conversion optimization to drive audience growth, acquisition, retention, and brand affinity through strategic marketing and advanced copywriting techniques.
- Utilize knowledge to implement changes that improve site performance and user engagement while collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Craft copy and content to support on-air talent and affiliates in effectively launching their shows and marketing campaigns to their audiences.
- Act as a problem solver, identifying issues and finding efficient solutions to ensure a seamless user experience during live events and launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, digital marketing, and WordPress development.
- Profound knowledge of digital marketing strategies, funnel strategies, email strategies, and their integration into WordPress websites.
- Proven track record in crafting persuasive and high-converting copy for various digital channels.
- Strong technical expertise in WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality content and solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide support to on-air talent and affiliates.
- Membership in Gaia is strongly preferred.
- US citizenship or US residency with an existing work permit is required.
- Non-smoker.
- Must be available to work in our campus in Louisville, CO. This is not a remote role.
