The Copywriter, Digital role at Ralph Lauren Corporation is a pivotal position responsible for crafting engaging, informative, and brand-appropriate content strategies and copy that enhance the customer experience (CX) and improve search engine optimization (SEO) for Ralph Lauren's digital platforms globally. This role is essential in executing a new SEO strategy aimed at optimizing RalphLauren.com, with a primary focus on delivering elevated, brand-aligned copy that enhances visibility on Google while balancing marketing needs and adapting to evolving algorithms. The first five months of this role will be dedicated to this priority project, requiring a confident and versatile writer who can quickly adapt to new brand voices and deliver copy that aligns with specific briefs accurately and efficiently. In addition to SEO responsibilities, the Copywriter, Digital will collaborate with various teams, including product/platform development, information technology, customer experience, content marketing, and digital creative teams, to develop content and write copy for digital products such as RalphLauren.com and the Ralph Lauren App. As functionalities and information evolve across different regions, the Copywriter will refine and develop CX messaging to ensure it remains relevant and effective. This role will also lead copy for customer-focused brand initiatives, including hospitality, gifting, and stores, ensuring that all messaging resonates with the target audience. The Copywriter will support the digital copy team on seasonal brand campaigns and special projects, responsible for concepting content strategies and writing copy for each campaign across all digital platforms, including the website, email, social media, and other digital marketing channels. Collaboration with digital design and content marketing teams will be crucial to develop optimal messaging that drives global business in alignment with the corporate strategy. The role also involves presenting copy in internal reviews and meetings with senior leadership, ensuring that feedback is effectively integrated into the final output.
