About the position

The Copywriter at CVS Health's Heart Haus will play a crucial role in supporting the Health Plan businesses, specifically Aetna and CVS Caremark. This position focuses on generating innovative creative writing ideas that align with brand standards while collaborating with a creative team to deliver impactful marketing communications across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and experience in digital media, showcasing their ability to produce high-quality content that meets business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Generate and support innovative creative writing ideas that adhere to the brand vision and brand standards of two Health Plan brands.
• Bring ideas and creative to life across a wide scope of unique projects through innovation and collaboration with the creative team.
• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers.
• Apply deep and demonstrated experience in writing for a broad range of deliverables including OLV, display, print, email, DM, and social.
• Create compelling themes, ideas, and designs that are on brand and meet or exceed business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of working as a Writer at an advertising agency and/or corporate environment.
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week.

• Proven track record as a Writer with a portfolio of breakthrough creative contributions
• Ability to generate and support impactful creative writing ideas and executions
• Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate it into ideas
• Strong team player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Technical skills including Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and proficiency on a Mac; experience with Figma, Miro, and Gen AI is helpful.
