About the position

Princess Cruises is seeking a talented Copywriter to join their marketing team in a hybrid/in-office role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling copy that effectively communicates the brand's key selling points and resonates with the audience. This position requires a passion for travel and the ability to work under tight deadlines while collaborating with designers and marketing team members to uphold brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for digital media including emails, eflyers, social posts, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with designers on print materials such as direct mail, ads, and brochures.
• Create punchy headlines and body copy that effectively sells products.
• Develop Talent Acquisition support materials that align with brand standards.
• Write onboard materials that convey the brand voice clearly.
• Contribute to casino branding efforts through email and direct mail content.
• Brainstorm for ad hoc projects like holiday ecards and venue naming.
• Review direct mail materials for accuracy before printing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in an agency or in-house marketing department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent grammar and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to master and enforce the Princess style guide and brand voice.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems flexibly.
• Experience collaborating with designers to create innovative work.
• Experience using Adobe Workfront is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the travel or cruise industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
