About the position

As a Copywriter IV in the Video Services group, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling customer-facing copy for Original shows and movies on TV+. This role emphasizes the importance of storytelling and aims to enhance how consumers engage with content on TV+. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in writing and editing, particularly in the realms of TV and movies, and will collaborate with various teams to ensure the creative vision is effectively communicated.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine copy that supports Original shows and movies for TV+.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to tell engaging stories in online environments.
• Drive editorial strategy and work hands-on to realize that vision.
• Articulate a high-level vision and advocate for it while managing details.
• Partner with executives to understand and support upcoming priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in writing and editing, particularly in TV, movies, and pop culture.
• Experience managing accelerated timelines and shifting deliverables.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Strong planning skills with strict attention to detail.
• Experience driving editorial strategy.
