About the position

Youtech, a dynamic Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a talented Ad Copywriter to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, in-house position requires you to work Monday through Friday, focusing on creating compelling text for various formats, including print and digital media. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for writing brand-centric content for web pages, PPC ad campaigns, paid social media ads, and emails. Your role will involve crafting conversion-based copy that not only educates readers but also drives them toward a call-to-action. You will conduct interviews, audit client websites for content opportunities, and assist in building strategies and executing campaigns. Analyzing data to discover trends and improve our current strategies will also be part of your responsibilities, along with preparing for client meetings and presentations. Responsibilities

  • Write thorough brand-centric content for web pages, PPC ad campaigns, paid social media ad campaigns, and emails
  • Provide unstoppable conversion-based copy for ads and landing pages
  • Educate readers on a subject while ultimately driving them toward a call-to-action
  • Conduct interviews and recreate them in written form
  • Audit client websites for new content opportunities, and assist in building out strategies and/or executing campaigns
  • Analyze and aggregate data to discover trends and improve upon our current strategy
  • Help with preparation for client meetings and presentations
  • Uphold general knowledge of the social media industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent creative and writing skills
  • Ability to create advertising slogans and copy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to determine clients' needs and objectives with specific advertising campaign
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
