About the position

The Performance Creative team at Dentsu Creative US is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of the digital landscape through a combination of platform knowledge, best practices, and compelling storytelling. As a Copywriter within this team, you will play a crucial role in developing dynamic creative solutions that enhance performance for our partners. This position involves collaboration with various internal teams, including Client Services, Social Media, SEO, Display, Search, and Strategy, to create impactful content across multiple digital placements. In this role, you will be responsible for generating strategic concepts and working closely with an art direction partner to bring these ideas to life. You will also be tasked with reimagining and repurposing existing assets to maximize their effectiveness across different channels. Your ability to present and sell creative work to team members will be essential, as you will be involved in the entire process from concepting to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and engage with team members, as well as the ability to take clear direction and produce consistent, high-quality ideas. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of omni-channel campaigns, particularly in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) category.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal partners in Client Services, Social Media, SEO, Display, Search, and Strategy to develop creative solutions.
  • Generate strategic concepts and work with an art direction partner.

  • Present and sell creative work to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting for advertising, content marketing, or digital media teams.
  • Experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) category.
  • Proficiency in building creative for social media (both organic and paid), display, and online video (OLV).
  • Ability to take clear direction and produce consistent quality ideas.
