About the position

BPD is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join their in-house Studio team. This role focuses on developing engaging content for various mediums in the healthcare space, collaborating with designers and strategists to align with clients' brand and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging copy for a variety of mediums, including precision marketing, print ads, digital content, social, web, email, video, radio, and more.
  • Work closely with creative and account stakeholders to understand project goals, brand voice, and target audience, ensuring all copy meets client expectations.
  • Take feedback from senior team members, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders to refine and improve copy.
  • Review and refine copy to ensure it is free of errors and adheres to both the client's and BPD's style guidelines.
  • Partner with designers, art directors, and other team members to ensure our work is cohesive and visually compelling.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in copywriting (agency experience preferred); experience in the healthcare space is a plus.
  • Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Superior time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
