• Understand the impacts and dependencies of content decisions across product flows and systems.
• Explore themes based on user needs, wants, and problems with guidance.
• Consider project metrics, previous test data, and user feedback when crafting or proposing new content.
• Discover opportunities to test content (A/B, usability, etc.) and participate in user studies.
• Structure product content in appropriate formats for user needs and business problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in core skills such as UX writing, content audits, and analysis.
• Awareness of fundamentals in UX design skills including content mapping, information architecture, and storytelling.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly with a deep understanding of target audiences.
• Skilled in crafting direct, concise content that aligns with established brand tone and voice.
• Strong creative thinking essential for delivering impactful content.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in a platform or two-sided marketplace.
• Portfolio demonstrating skills, especially for Android and iOS apps.
