About the position

Trane Technologies is seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves crafting compelling copy for a variety of digital products and marketing materials across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and effective communication of key messages. The Copywriter will collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators, reporting to the Director of Design and UX.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital interfaces, websites, product descriptions, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to ensure copy complements visual elements and enhances user experience.
• Conduct research and gather insights to inform content creation and ensure messaging is aligned with brand strategy and audience needs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on content, and present polished final versions for review.
• Craft clear and engaging copy for UX research tasks, including user surveys, usability testing scripts, and A/B testing scenarios.
• Stay up to date with content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and digital communication strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in copywriting or content creation.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Excellent understanding of brand storytelling, tone of voice, and the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
• Proficiency in crafting concise, impactful copy for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
